新交流使節 コリーン・ワイマーさんが着任しました
9月より、アメリカの姉妹校RWC(ロバーツウエスレイアンカレッジ）から交流使節として、コリーン・ワイマーさんが来日され、活動を始めておられます。コリーンさんのプロフィールを紹介します。
Hello. My name is Colleen Wimer, and I am the new OCC Teaching Assistant. I am very excited to be living a year in Osaka, Japan. I love Japan and I especially love Osaka, so I am very happy living here. I first came to Japan in 2010, with the Roberts Wesleyan College tour. I loved Japan immediately, and brought my mom to visit here in 2011.
In America, I live in Rochester, NY. Rochester, NY is near Canada. I live in a house with my mom and dad. I don’t have brothers or sisters, but I have many cousins to spend time with. I studied teaching English at Roberts Wesleyan College. I can teach English to elementary school students, junior high school students and high school students.
My hobbies include listening to music, playing games, reading books, going to the beach, and hanging out with friends. I am interested in exploring Osaka and also other parts of Japan.
Thank you for welcoming me to Japan, it is an honor to be here. I know it will be a wonderful year and we will have fun together.

アメリカではカナダの近くにある、ニューヨーク州ロチェスターに両親と住んでいます。きょうだいはいませんが、いとこはいっぱいいます。私はRWCで英語教育法を学び、小・中・高校で教えることができます。
私の趣味は、音楽を聞いたり、ゲームをしたり、読書をしたり、海に行ったりと色々あり、大阪や色んなところに行ってみたいと思います。
日本で温かく迎えて下さって、本当にありがとう。私にも光栄です。とても素晴らしい一年になるでしょう。一緒に楽しみましょう。よろしくお願いします。
